Are paid survey sites a scam or is it a real service that you gaid paid for?

i have encountered many of those sites that claim to pay for peoples opinions. I want to know is this for real. and how do i know which ones actually provide a honest service.

Are paid survey sites a scam or is it a real service that you gaid paid for?
I do not doubt that there is some money to be made, I doubt it is a lot of money. Many of the companies below give chances in drawings for completed surveys. Any one know how often they draw for the $10,000 prize? I thought so, even the site can't tell me when the next drawing is.

Reply:I have not been happy with those online offers. The more I got into it, the more frustrated I felt. They always seemed to have more and more offers and baits. Maybe some are not scams, but personally, I was quite tired of those and gave up on them real soon. If I had persisted, I don't know...maybe I might have gotten something good out of it.

What you can do, and this is for REAL, is contact market research agencies in your city. Look up on the internet, or yellow pages, and contact them. Many have websites where u can sign up for their databases, to take part in surveys, or tests, their research studies on various things, participating in focus groups etc...and they will call you or e-mail you if they need ur opinions and they will pay you for those. This wont replace a *job* but as a side income it is pretty good.

Try it.
Reply:usually they are a scam and they try to get you to sign up for stuff you don't want
Reply:only survey site that i know that is legit and doesn't send or sign you up for spam is this ine run by stanford.

you only get $5 gift certficates or $0.50 through paypal for completing a survey. you can't make a living off of it but it's completely legit.
Reply:The ones I use are for real - ciao and valued opinions.
Reply:The majority if sites are a waste of time. I have tried many of them.

1. don't believe you can make a fortune with them, you can max cover your monthly bills your not going to become a millionaire.

2. Check out the review sites, they usually are correct

not all of them ( some of them just promote their affiliate links )

STAY AWAY FROM DIRECTORIES they are just money hungry

go with the personal ones. That have a man behind the review

I found the topsitescamreview is a good one

and OnlineMoneyScams.com have a great monthly review.
