My state is voting on Tuesday. I just received an automated telephone survey paid for by John McCain asking?

me who I was going to vote for, who my second choice is and what issue was most important to me.

At this point, what is he going to do with the information obtained from these calls?

He is testing the wind (polling) to determine where to spend the most millions on last minute TV ad blitzes.
Reply:tell him you're voting for ROMNEY because the most important issue to you in the Economy and McCain has admitted he has no idea how all that works. - he's only in it to be commander in chief of military.
Reply:Sounds very odd and illegal..

Obviously he's trying to see what most ppl care about and further tell ppl what he THINKS they want to hear..

Don't fall for it! Listen to the debates and make a logical decision..

My reaction...I would never think of voting for him again...that's a bit of a manipulater if u ask me..and may not be being as truthful as he is saying he is..
Reply:He's going to send you to Iraq to fight a 100 year war if you said you would vote for anyone else.....

Muuuwhahaha
Reply:He's probably got a few different ads already made up for a last-minute blitz. He's polling to see which ads would most likely to get any undecided voters to vote for him.

Reminds me... I need to turn off my phone for the next few days, with the primaries and some ballot initiatives being voted on Tuesday.
Reply:He's interested in what we want, what is important to us. I think that's a good thing.

McCain isn't going to tell us what we want to hear, however. For example, he told Michigan not to expect to get all their auto industry jobs back, that other technology would have to be developed. Because it's true.

Romney told Michigan what they wanted to hear. Mitt always says what he thinks will get him elected, he never just says the truth. Michigan fell for it and voted for him. "If pigs could vote, the man with the slop bucket would be elected swineherd every time ..." (Orson Scott Card)

I am amazed that anyone would believe a word Romney says. Mass. residents will never trust him again. www.massresistance.org

If you google "lying for the Lord" you get a description of what Romney said he believes in. He said he "will never disavow any part of (his) religion" and lying for the Lord is a big part of his religion. He was born and raised to think he should lie.

He has more money than anyone. In Fla. he ran just under 50,000 commercials. McCain could only afford just over 400. 1/100th of what Romney could spend to lie for the Lord, and yet he didn't con enough people.

Mitt believes that he is fulfilling Mormon prophecy. The one about electing a Mormon president to institute Mormon beliefs into government (like they do in Utah). He promised his church wouldn't do that. He lies for the Lord. They believe they are the only true church and he would be saving us, so lying to us is protecting us. He didn't say the part about it wouldn't be his church telling him how to run the country, it would be his Mormon god telling his current church president and prophet what Mitt should do. The prophet would just be the messenger. He vowed to live by his religion. That's what his religion is. Again, google lying for the Lord
