Reply:Yes they are out there, BUT, they get into too many personal questions. And like always, you have to be very careful to whom you give your personal information to. Someone through a series of questions can get a hold of your very personal financial information and use that to obtain credit cards under your name. Mind you, not all will do this. Most are very honest, but through the net you really have to exercise caution.
