i'm trying to make extra money on my two days off to pay bills, does anybody recommend a site that pays you to take surveys? and is there a fee to join?

The rule, as always, is to stay away from those that ask you to pay before you can get these surveys.





Legitimate market survey companies such as Pinecone Research recruit members based on demographic characteristics -- e.g. mothers of babies 0-12 years old -- and will send surveys of products and services targeting this demographic group. Pinecone Research, however, pays only $5 per survey -- you're definitely not going to be rich with that. They can give you anywhere from 1-5 at most surveys in a month.





Other companies simply ask you to answer as many research as possible, and you don't earn anything just the chance to win at a raffle (which I find lame).

All of these sites are free to join. And I have learned from experience: Never join a site that asks for an up front fee. If they were doing that good, they wouldn't need to charge you.

Reply:First off, no fees. You should never pay a company to send you surveys. They are paying you for your opinion on products or ads they are test running.





I've made 600 since the start of January doing surveys and paid to read emails. I would start with http://www.lightspeedpanel.com as a survey site.





Also make sure you open a PayPal account because that's how most of these sites pay you. Tie your PayPal account into the MoneyMarket account and earn 5.04% APY on you money to make a couple more extra bucks a month.
