You never have to pay anything and you're able to be payed daily or monthly depending on the survey site. You can join some sites as early as 14 so you should try them. I recommend cashcrate and dealbarbiepaysfast. There are both very easy to start earning some money and dealbarbiepaysfast will pay you daily.
